SEO Outsourcing

“With SEO outsourcing, you won’t need an extra headcount to do the work; you just need to scout the most suitable freelance consultant or SEO practitioner available. The operations of your business will be streamlined and you save a lot of money in the process.
When you choose a freelancer though, you need to create guidelines of relationships and how such relationship should proceed. SEO outsourcing also demands a high standard of quality; otherwise, you will end up rewriting articles and monitoring SEO activities more frequently. This defeats the purpose for SEO outsourcing. With SEO outsourcing, you get a better chance of focusing on your core business goals and processes.”

SEM - Search Engine Marketing - SEO – Search Engine Optimisation
SEO – Search Engine Optimisation – is a crucial step in ensuring that your website is a visible online presence to your customers or your target audience.
Many small companies fail to have their websites optimised and then submitted to the search engines and their failures to succeed in the eWorld is down to their lack of understanding of the world of eCommerce and the Internet.
WhiteWidows are often approached when a website has been online for a long period of time and may well be seen, by the customer, as being of little use in promoting their products or services. We are always happy to turn a failing website in to a success on the Internet in terms of its visibility and its ability to be able to compete with its rivals online.
New and small businesses are invariably too busy to create their web presence with any real understanding of its importance. In most cases the individuals or small businesses concerned manage to either build their own website or pay a web designer to build it for them – the end result could look wonderful but is generally only of use on letterheads and the bottom of business cards. Family and friends are more likely than anyone to have created a website that you see for an individual trader or small business and whilst the aesthetics of the website may be nearing an art from, the online presence is still lacking.
Inclusion in the search engines is crucial if you own or operate a business and the sales leads or general enquiries can only really be achieved by using the power of the search engines to promote your services and to deliver the information on your website directly to the customer’s home or office computer.
The problem for many website optimisation and submission specialists is that the ‘automated’ websites that make vast promises of ‘registering’ your website and submitting to 300+ search engines just don’t work at a basic level. The sites who offer free services can harm your search engines listings and the paid promotional services offered are still processed by computer programs and are therefore set to fail – we know, we tested almost seventy online submission and optimisation services in 2006 and found that only 11% had any noticeable effect on web presence, search engines listings or Google Page Rank.
The programs used to “optimize” website source code is – in most cases – merely an HTML clean-up program and adds a few META TAGs to your source code. That’s not good enough when paying customers are expecting to receive their website code back in good condition and ready for the e-marketplace.
The perpetual promises of ‘fast inclusion’ are always a problem and many are let-down by companies offering such truly incredible guarantees (in some cases!).
Yes, we can – on average – get your first few listings in Google and Yahoo within an average of fourteen days but that cannot be guaranteed unless you pay Google USD $799. Sometimes we are able to get listings within a few days and, at times, it can take three to four weeks. There are no guarantees.
Having said all of that, WhiteWidows are able to offer a relatively unique service where we manually examine and clean-up any erroneous HTML code and then begin the process of adding required elements to the source code to facilitate better search engine placement, and not just META TAGs.
It cannot be stressed strongly enough that good websites, good content, solid fast-loading HTML is the most important factor in getting good hits to your domain or website. If the websites is classed as ‘clean’ i.e. no dirty tricks are employed to attempt to fool the search engines (it doesn’t work these days!) then we can be fairly sure that we can boost your search engine listings.
The time delay can be frustrating for some whilst waiting to see their website indexed – it can take from a month to three months to see good progress in the major search engines and possibly another five to six months to be getting those smaller search engines that many surfers seem to favor these days. We normally suggest that the optimum time-frame for high-level indexing in the search engines is three months and we work – every week – during those three months to further enhance your domain or website’s listings.
We are sorry to say that there are no quick fixes and no way to immediately get ‘top listings’ overnight – it just doesn’t work like that. We would rather tell you it as it is and be clear about the fact that it will take us some time to get your website listed in the major search engines but we do all that we can to fast-track your inclusion in the search engines.
For a detailed quote, please contact us and we will see what we can do to enhance your online web presence and boost your sales leads and customer enquiries.
